HA-100 is an inhibitor of PKA and PKC used in studies of MAPK / ERK Signaling and GPCR Signaling. It is especially relevant in cancer and cell signaling models, where defined compound exposure can be linked to mitogenic kinase cascades, proliferation control, and differentiation-linked signaling and receptor-driven second-messenger signaling and desensitization dynamics.
