ELISA Stabilizer and Blocking Solution is a ready-to-use 1x reagent designed to block unsaturated surfaces of coated microwells and stabilize antibodies, antigens or other proteins immobilized on ELISA plates. It is intended for use in ELISA assay development and plate preparation workflows for research use only.

General use
After removal of the coating solution, wash the microplate wells according to the product instructions. Add ELISA Stabilizer and Blocking Solution to each well, incubate for at least 1 hour at room temperature, then aspirate the wells. Plates may be used immediately or dried and stored appropriately for future research use.
