The 2 × Phanta Ultra Master Mix (Dye Plus) from Vazyme is a ready-to-use high-fidelity PCR master mix designed for fast, accurate and robust DNA amplification. This Dye Plus version contains an electrophoresis indicator dye, allowing PCR products to be loaded directly onto an agarose gel after amplification.
Product overview
The master mix is based on Phanta Ultra DNA Polymerase and contains the essential PCR reaction components, including DNA polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+, optimized PCR buffer and loading dye. Only primers, template DNA and nuclease-free water need to be added, reducing pipetting steps and improving workflow consistency.
